In the future, you will be able to register with our website if you would like to receive updates from OpticStyles.com.com. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. We may occasionally e-mail to our customer list or/and ask for feedback, but we do not sell, trade, or give your personal information to other companies or organizations.

OpticStyles.com.com website statistics program does keep track of IP addresses that visit this website. It also uses cookies to determine unique visits from a particular IP. This information is used to collect general statistics about website visitors and does not to track individual behavior. OpticStyles.com.com uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and/or Web site administration.


  PRODUCT INSPECTION:

Please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged in transit by the freight company. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the unit becomes your property.

Again, please take the time to inspect the delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at sale@opticstyles.com with ATTN: SHIPPING PROBLEM in the subject line. Concealed damage is almost impossible to prove if no notation was made at the time of delivery. However, if you discover internal (non-visible) damage please contact us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item(s) in new and unused condition with all warranty papers, cases in their original condition and with all original packaging and labels within 15 business days for exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not subject to a refund. In case of an exchange, we will apply the original purchase amount less shipping and handling toward your new purchase.

IN CASE OF A REFUND BEING ISSUED, THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WITHHELD. OUR SHIPPING EXPENSES WILL BE RECOVERED BY WITHHOLDING FROM THE AMOUNT OF THE REFUND IN ADDITION TO THE RESTOCKING FEE.

GLASSES WITH THE INSTALLED PRESCRIPTION LENSES ARE NOT RETURNABLE/ REFUNDABLE.

Please note that new and unused condition means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case. We sell only brand new items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA# is valid for 15 business days, meaning that the return package must be POSTMARKED within 5 business days since the date of the RMA notice. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. We prefer return requests be handled ONLY through email to expedite your return. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product. We will refund your money to the credit card you used to purchase your item within 30 days of receiving and processing your return. Depending on your billing cycle, the refund will reflect on your statement within 2 billing statements. We provide no refunds for unauthorized items returned to us without and RMA number. All merchandise being returned must be authorized before you return it, and must be arranged within 5 business days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns and returned items that do not meet our guidelines become the property of OpticStyles.com.com and will be disposed of.
